As an Area Sales Manager, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Create a Sales Plan that not only meets projected revenue targets but also uncovers new prospects and leads. Your goal? Achieving outstanding results with the highest possible growth and customer engagement.
• Develop innovative strategies to expand into existing and untapped markets. We encourage you to think outside the box.
• You will be actively acquiring new customers through regular client visits. Your charm and persuasive skills will be put to the test!
• Represent CurTec at marketing and networking events, staying ahead of market trends that are crucial to our clients' success in the pharmaceutical and specialty chemicals industry. 
• Provide exceptional service to our customers, by being a trusted advisor and ensuring their needs are met and exceed their expectations.

Other qualifications we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within the Pharmaceutical or (Specialty) Chemicals industries.
• Proficiency in stakeholder management at various levels.
• Demonstrated success in acquiring and developing new customers.
